review of 2024 and a look towards 2025

We at YOHOME Real Estate are firmly committed to continuing our full range of consulting services for both sellers and buyers in the Sofia market. For over a year now, we have been offering a compensation of 2000 euros in favor of the client if we fail to fulfill our commitments.

Starting in 2024, in addition to our core business, our focus has also shifted to the construction of houses around Sofia, with our next new project set to launch very soon. To date, we have participated in the development of properties with a total built-up area of over 700 sq.m., but we are determined to offer all our clients a "Turnkey Finishing Works" service.

Over the past year, we have successfully completed several of our projects with a total built-up area of over 500 sq.m., which met their intended purpose and fully met our expectations in terms of deadlines, prices, and quality of execution.

In 2025, we continue to increase our resources in this direction, having already signed contracts for construction and renovation work with a total built-up area of over 350 sq.m. in the first quarter. Here, we are seeing a tripled result, as well as significant interest in our turnkey finishing services for our clients' properties based on their designs. The offers we provide to our clients for this service are certainly not at the expense of quality!

This year, we continue to successfully manage our clients' real estate properties. Since mid-2024, YOHOME has invested in its own properties, which are already on the market, and we can boast a 100% occupancy rate.

We have successfully established a partnership with a new brand in the market, which is entirely focused on renting out properties for short-term stays, following the Airbnb model. Of course, professional support and care for the property are included in the service.

Starting in February 2025, we are launching a new exclusive project with a total built-up area of 7,800 sq.m. in Sofia. This is not the first time Bulgarian investors have entrusted us with managing and marketing their projects. Our marketing department is exceptionally well-prepared with the latest trends and the demands of the mass buyer.

At YOHOME, we aim to start working from the very design phase of new homes, so we can properly advise the investors who trust us. Thanks to this strategy, we are able to achieve over 70% of the building's sales at an early stage.
